Social Responsibility

We also take social responsibility seriously.

In addition to taking an active part in a number of professional associations we are Charter Members of Mediators Beyond Borders which seeks to provide mediation services in post conflict situations around the world and more locally provide pro bono support to the Edinburgh Sheriff Court mediation programme. We are happy to speak to community groups about the use of mediation in reducing conflict and resolving differences. Patricia Barclay also sits on the Board of St Andrew's Clinics for Children which provides basic healthcare for children in sub Saharan Africa.

We endeavour to limit the impact of our activities on the environment by minimising energy consumption and where practicable using products made from sustainable or recycled materials and welcome ideas to improve our performance in this area.
